Manager, Contingent Labor Procurement, Americas (MedTech)

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia. The role may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Manage approximately $200 million in HR services and contingent labor procurement spend across the Americas.
• Develop and execute regional and global category strategies aligned with business and sector requirements.
• Lead sourcing projects, negotiations, contract implementation, and supplier performance management.
• Build strategic relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and manage performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead resource programs and complex cross-functional initiatives across business segments and functions.
• Present updates to Global Procurement Leadership and engage senior supplier executives, including CEOs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree; a master’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with procurement, spend management, source-to-pay, category strategy, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong project management, change management, business acumen, influencing, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information confidently to senior executives and work across functions and geographies.
• Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices and effective prompt generation.
