What you will do

• Conduct and specify complex engineering tests using advanced techniques, prepare technical reports, and resolve customer concerns.
• Apply computer-aided engineering analysis techniques and modify analysis methods for complex problems.
• Support new product development from concept analysis through pre-production and post-launch activities.
• Recommend manufacturing methods, design modifications, process changes, and improvements to operations and equipment utilization.
• Evaluate product failures, analyze test results, develop test standards, and formulate technical recommendations.
• Partner with project management, business units, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, procedures, standards, and systems.
• Strong knowledge of company and competitor products and supplier technical capabilities.
• Well-developed understanding of new product development processes and internal procedures.
• Strong written communication skills for technical report writing and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility or location.
