Salary: USD $85,800–$140,955 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage strategic affiliate publisher and network relationships across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and other assigned regions.
• Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and market reach.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and support new affiliate partners and distribution opportunities.
• Manage partner investments, media placements, promotions, and incentive structures while optimizing conversion rates, bookings, and return on ad spend.
• Lead affiliate participation in seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and creative testing initiatives.
• Manage the TunnelBear affiliate program and support regional and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing affiliate publisher and partner relationships.
• Ability to analyze affiliate performance and recommend optimization initiatives.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, product launches, offers, localization, and go-to-market activities.
• Ability to negotiate promotional placements and lead performance discussions with partners.
• Ability to work from San Jose, Newport Beach, or Frisco.
