Senior Specialist, Affiliate Marketing — US (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day traditional affiliate program, including partner approvals, offers, links, placements, commissions, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with publishers, editorial partners, loyalty platforms, comparison sites, deal sites, creators, networks, and agencies.
• Translate the US ecommerce calendar into affiliate activations supporting product launches, priority categories, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Support affiliate activity on Meta and YouTube and coordinate execution and learnings with the TikTok affiliate team.
• Monitor performance, test partner mixes, offers, placements, and content, and improve revenue, conversion, and return on investment.
• Prepare performance reports, manage affiliate technology partners, and support Legal and Finance with agreements, disclosures, and payments.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, including partner recruitment, network management, commission structures, offer coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of social affiliate or creator commerce programs on Meta, YouTube, or comparable platforms.
• Understanding of affiliate economics, attribution, conversion optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience building relationships with publishers, creators, networks, and agencies, with strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with affiliate network platforms and Excel or comparable reporting tools.
