Affiliate Partnerships Specialist (Affiliate Marketing/Performance Marketing): Supporting and managing affiliate marketing campaigns, partner relationships, performance reporting, and client account coordination with an accent on affiliate tracking, campaign analytics, and partner recruitment. Focus on identifying optimization opportunities, coordinating launches and deliverables, and presenting actionable campaign insights to clients.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience and relevant expertise.

What you will do
- Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts.
- Identify and recruit affiliate partners, support onboarding, manage relationships, and maintain ongoing communication.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare recurring reports, performance updates, campaign documentation, partner records, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, partner communications, campaign launches, activations, and promotional initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions while supporting client growth through affiliate partnerships and performance marketing.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate, partnership, influencer, or performance marketing, account management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cookies, tracking pixels, affiliate links, attribution methodologies, and insertion orders.
- Experience using analytics platforms, reporting tools, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and project management systems.
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, Amazon Associates, Everflow, or similar networks.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fully remote U.S. employment environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting partner recruitment, business development, or publisher outreach.
- PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification.
