Affiliate Program Manager

What you will do

• Prospect, vet, recruit, and onboard pick-focused sports creators to expand the affiliate network beyond its current 100 partners.
• Manage daily communication with affiliate partners, provide assets and guidance, and keep creators active.
• Review creator content, enforce compliance standards, and remove partners who violate requirements.
• Track creator-level traffic, depositor counts, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
• Write compliant promotional scripts and video concepts designed to improve conversion.
• Run outreach campaigns across sports communities, betting forums, Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord, and report recommendations to the Growth team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and partner management.
• Ability to manage a high volume of partner relationships without compromising quality.
• Practical familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and related online communities.
• Ability to interpret depositor, click-through, and creator conversion data independently.
• Strong written communication skills for creator briefs, compliance notes, and recruiting pitches.
• An existing network of sports creators or picks-focused influencers.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or affiliate marketing analytics, tracking platforms, and attribution tools.
• Experience writing or reviewing compliant promotional scripts for regulated or semi-regulated content.
