Salary: $102,300–$147,050 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications and systems.
• Lead feature and project delivery, balancing priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Contribute to architectural design reviews focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Review code, provide technical feedback, and uphold standards for clean, efficient, observable, and maintainable software.
• Build automated tests, monitor service health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Own the software lifecycle from requirements and design through production deployment, maintenance, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, React, and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge of software development practices, design patterns, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and accessible technology development.
• Experience contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
