What you will do

• Monitor cost control, financial reports, customer requirements, and program budgets.
• Develop and maintain a Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) database for contract purchases.
• Review cash requirements, prepare funding requests, and support future procurement planning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly customer reports, expenditure projections, and obligations.
• Reconcile and approve vendor invoices for submission.
• Forecast option-year budgets and improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 10 years of financial management experience, including 6 years in U.S. Government financial management or accounting.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Government contracts, preferably in the Intelligence Community.
• Experience applying financial, budgetary, and accounting principles to analyze data and produce weekly and monthly customer reports.
• Experience with financial compliance, CLIN databases, spend plans, burn-rate analysis, vendor invoices, cash requirements, and option-year budget forecasts.
• Experience partnering with Program Managers, Cost Analysts, and COTRs to resolve issues and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of CPAF, CPFF, and LOE contract types.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts or graphs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to management.
