Digital Business Systems Consulting Director (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead the Digital Business Systems Consulting group and guide analysts delivering client engagements.
• Advise clients on complex business systems, ERP implementations, technology ecosystems, integrations, and process improvement.
• Review analysis and project deliverables, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and provide project sign-off.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, meeting prospects, preparing proposals, scopes of work, and engagement letters.
• Manage client relationships, delivery quality, timelines, budgets, workflow, billing, and quality control.
• Develop talent, provide performance feedback, build supplier relationships, and expand consulting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in business systems and ERP implementation consulting.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, third-party applications, integrations, technology ecosystems, and business process analysis.
• Experience across multiple ERP systems and industries, including building new products and services.
• Strong communication, presentation, financial acumen, problem-solving, critical thinking, contract development, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking ownership of client deadlines and needs.

• Professional services experience.
• ERP or related systems certifications.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
