Director, Finance Business Systems (Oracle ERP)

Location: Remote; candidates must reside in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or Texas

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually plus a potential 15% annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead technical and functional support, administration, and strategic enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Plan and manage system upgrades, corporate projects, timelines, risks, and quarterly release activities.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and executive leadership to improve cross-functional workflows and integrations.
• Design change control, user acceptance testing, training documentation, and user adoption plans.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate resources across internal analysts, consultants, and external technical partners.
• Manage Oracle vendor relationships, contract renewals, business system integrations, and the internal core systems team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Excel Smart View.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, budgeting and forecasting, and corporate organizational structures.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects, integrations, intercompany relationships, and change adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of management experience and 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP and EPM experience.
