Sr. Consultant-Securities Lending (Securities Lending)

Location: London, United Kingdom. The role is based in London and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom for the duration of employment.

What you will do

• Assess market settlement-practice changes, evaluate their operational impact, and manage related IT development.
• Own Transfer of Work and Business Continuity management for global Trade Support and Collateral teams, including annual resiliency tests and follow-up actions.
• Provide securities lending expertise to operational projects, system initiatives, and new product development.
• Manage the Outsourcing certification process and complete required documentation in Coupa.
• Oversee CSDR-related activity, monthly charges, suspense-account clearance, and offshore-team risk and quality indicators.
• Coordinate Audit, CASS, industry-body, and International Securities Lending Association activities while providing cover for the London manager.

Requirements

• Subject-matter expertise in securities lending with the ability to provide technical support and explanations.
• Relevant product knowledge and experience supporting operational teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, including Skilled Worker and other employer-sponsored visa categories.
