Limited Partner Relations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: New York City, NY; hybrid workplace

Salary: Base salary starts at $100,000 annually, with benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the first line for limited partner questions about fund economics, capital calls, wire and banking issues, distributions, subscription documents, K-1 and tax questions, and fund reporting.
• Manage day-to-day investor communications and maintain response and service quality across a high-volume queue.
• Handle complex and non-standard investor cases, identify urgent or sensitive issues, and escalate them with clear documentation and context.
• Work with legal, tax, banking, sales, and product partners to resolve investor issues.
• Identify recurring issues and edge cases, convert them into product feedback, and support relationship management with key customers.
• Turn repetitive work into workflows and automations, using AI and coding tools to prototype or ship improvements.

Requirements

• 0–1+ years of experience, ideally in a customer-facing role with operational responsibilities.
• Clear written communication and the ability to adapt tone for institutional limited partners and first-time angel investors.
• Ability to stay accurate and calm under pressure during high-volume periods, delayed wires, and difficult customer interactions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve personal and team effectiveness.
• Initiative, sound judgment, strong collaboration, and a willingness to ask questions and solve problems independently.
• Curiosity about venture, private markets, and the mechanics of capital movement.
