What you will do

• Lead by example and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Provide customers with a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Maintain safe, legal, and clean bar operations.
• Respond quickly and safely to operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in team leadership and shift coordination.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing and serving drinks.
• Ability to adapt and make decisions during busy shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to work safely and understand allergen controls.
