What you will do
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the pub.
- Lead the business in the General Manager’s absence.
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Act as a role model and support team training and development.
- Maintain brand standards and customer and team safety.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
