What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to specifications and customer expectations.
• Lead by example and coordinate the kitchen team during busy service.
• Maintain food hygiene, safety standards, and allergen controls.
• Deputise for management and resolve operational issues in their absence.
• Support teamwork and ensure consistent quality across every dish.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen under pressure.
• Strong focus on tasty, well-presented meals and consistent service quality.
• Ability to act as a role model, think on your feet, and adapt during busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
