Senior UX Designer (Figma & Design Systems)

What you will do

• Create high-quality user experience designs in Figma.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems.
• Apply SEO and AIEO principles to user experiences.
• Use data analysis and UX testing to validate and improve design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead strategic design discussions.
• Manage multiple workstreams and present concepts through clear design storytelling.

Requirements

• Senior-level UX/XD design craft with strong visual design and content skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• Knowledge of SEO and AIEO.
• Experience with data analysis and UX testing.
• Strong strategic collaboration, organization, prioritization, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI and emerging UX trends.
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops.
• Marketing-oriented approach to user experience design.
