What you will do
- Design and evolve .io, landing pages, campaign experiences, product launches, and interactive digital touchpoints.
- Translate complex product messaging, technical concepts, and business goals into clear page structures and compelling visual communication.
- Own projects from concept development and wireframes through high-fidelity design, prototyping, developer handoff, implementation review, and final QA.
- Build responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences with strong typography, composition, hierarchy, interaction, usability, and accessibility.
- Develop scalable web design systems with reusable components, patterns, templates, and shared libraries.
- Collaborate with developers, product marketing, content, growth, and creative teams across website, campaign, paid media, and launch initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in web, digital, or visual design, including marketing websites and digital experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design craft across websites, landing pages, campaign pages, or interactive experiences.
- Advanced Figma proficiency, including components, auto layout, variants, libraries, prototyping, and design system workflows.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design, information architecture, interaction patterns, usability, accessibility, performance, and conversion.
- Experience with component-based web systems, reusable patterns, implementation-ready specifications, and direct collaboration with developers.
- Ability to turn ambiguous briefs and complex technical products into clear digital experiences for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with technology, SaaS, developer tools, or other complex digital products.
- Experience with CMS-driven websites, modular content, analytics, testing, heatmaps, SEO, or browser constraints.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Motion, interaction design, prototyping, integrated marketing campaigns, or product launch experience.
