TL;DR
Digital Designer (Digital Design): Creating websites, digital campaigns, social content, and interactive experiences with an accent on visual systems, responsive design, and production-ready execution. Focus on building scalable component libraries, translating brand identities into digital products, and collaborating with developers across remote cross-functional teams.
Location: Remote, based in Mexico
Compensation: $3,000–$4,000 per month

What you will do
- Design digital experiences for websites, landing pages, campaigns, social platforms, presentations, and interactive touchpoints.
- Translate brand identities and creative concepts into engaging digital experiences.
- Build scalable design systems, component libraries, templates, and guidelines.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Collaborate with developers on technical feasibility, implementation accuracy, and production-ready handoff.
- Support the ongoing design and evolution of the website and other owned digital platforms while managing multiple deadlines.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in digital, web, brand, or product design.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital design, visual systems, responsive web experiences, and campaign work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and shared libraries.
- Strong command of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, visual storytelling, UX principles, accessibility, and digital design best practices.
- Experience designing responsive websites, collaborating with developers, and using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred; the role is for an individual based in Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar website-building platforms.
- Motion design, After Effects, 3D, generative AI, or creative coding experience.
- Experience working with international teams or global brands.
