Procurement Analyst (IT Spend Optimization)

Salary: $57,000–$85,000 annually, including base salary

What you will do

• Collaborate with customer Procurement, IT Asset Management, and SHI sales teams on renewal lists, processes, and reporting.
• Prepare EULA amendment letters, obtain vendor agreement and signatures, and complete risk mitigation processes under customer Statements of Work.
• Coordinate maintenance renewal optimization to help customers assess renewal needs and reduce software spend.
• Maintain EULA databases, renewal reports, cost-savings trackers, and forecasts.
• Contact customers at least 90 days before renewal dates and conduct recurring internal and external customer calls.
• Meet customer-specific Service Level Agreements and support other IT Spend Optimization activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong time management and attention to responsibilities and deadlines.
• Ability to work in Somerset, New Jersey, USA.
