Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $218,750–$406,250 per year, with potential bonus, commissions, and equity incentives.

What you will do

• Define the strategy, vision, and business plan for a new cross-hirify.global video streaming experience.
• Lead product management, design, engineering collaboration, and AI-first product development from concept through launch and growth.
• Build and manage a small, entrepreneurial, AI-native team.
• Develop and scale the video business across hirify.global Sports, hirify.global Finance, hirify.global News, and other properties.
• Manage hirify.global and partner content libraries, including produced, licensed, acquired, and newly created content.
• Lead relationships with publishers and partners while identifying new opportunities across content, talent, and technology.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital media, streaming, video, product, or related businesses.
• Proven success building and scaling a digital video or streaming business from early concept through launch and growth.
• Experience leading complex product development from strategy and design through launch in partnership with engineering.
• Deep understanding of content strategy, distribution, and partnerships across owned, licensed, partner, and newly created content.
• Strong operating and leadership skills, including building high-performing teams and navigating complex organizations.
• Experience using AI to accelerate product development and business operations.
