What you will do
- Manage incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor open requests for field technicians.
- Coordinate service delivery to meet contractual terms and conditions.
- Communicate with technicians and obtain regular progress updates on outstanding work.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write, speak, listen, and present information effectively and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A sense of urgency when performing daily tasks.
