TL;DR

What you will do

  • Prepare and administer production schedules to support product demand, work orders, and timely delivery of finished products.
  • Analyze net requirements, forecasts, production capabilities, capacity loads, inventory, and material constraints.
  • Monitor production issues, capacity limitations, new product launches, and potential inventory shortages, leading escalations through resolution.
  • Manage planning master data, production parameters, reports, KPIs, and the documented plan of record.
  • Participate in new product introduction meetings and provide production forecasts and schedules.
  • Lead supply and operations planning improvements, scenario planning, and Lean/Six Sigma Kaizen initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with complex planning tools and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to present information effectively, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and work in regulated environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in capacity planning or finished goods and raw material planning.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification.
