NPI Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction activities from process development and documentation through validation, release, and product transfer.
• Develop manufacturing systems, assembly lines, process flows, layouts, line balancing, tooling, equipment selections, operator instructions, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other functions during product launches.
• Create and maintain Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, visual aids, and operating documentation.
• Analyze efficiency, productivity, OEE, downtime, quality, and cost, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support prototype testing, equipment and tooling releases, compliance activities, technical problem-solving, and training for manufacturing personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completed university education in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process, Project, or similar Engineer.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, NPI methodologies, process control, and compliance standards.
• Experience with Process FMEAs, Control Plans, Flow Diagrams, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple project activities, analyze manufacturing performance, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and technical training skills.
