What you will do

• Evaluate and prioritize AI automation use cases based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
• Translate procurement processes and pain points into practical solution concepts.
• Build MVPs for AI agents and workflow automations, including ERP integrations.
• Test solutions with end users, incorporate feedback, and document process logic and efficiency gains.
• Prepare successful MVPs for scaling, integration, or handover.
• Explore new AI capabilities and identify additional automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently studying business informatics, computer science, data science, engineering, business administration, or a comparable subject.
• Strong interest in generative AI, AI agents, and process automation.
• Initial practical experience with programming, automation, or low-code tools.
• Analytical approach, willingness to experiment, and interest in understanding processes and creating practical solutions.
• Independent working style, open communication, and an active feedback mindset.
• Confident English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, Python, workflow tools, or ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• German language skills.
