What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI, software, and process improvements.
• Shape solutions with stakeholders and translate redesigned processes into working technology.
• Design, build, and evolve production-grade software and agentic AI systems.
• Develop and integrate applications, APIs, data, AI components, and agentic workflows.
• Take solutions from discovery and experimentation through implementation and business adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions are evaluated, monitored, and operated reliably in production.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping AI-enabled applications or systems.
• Practical knowledge of Git, automated testing, containers, and CI/CD.
• Applied understanding of Generative AI, agentic systems, tool use, evaluation, observability, failure modes, and production operations.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and domains while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Strong business judgment, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
