Senior Product Manager (Energy IoT)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid. Remote-first working is available with offices in London and Nottingham.

What you will do

• Own the Connections product strategy and roadmap, improving connection success, time to connect, and device coverage.
• Lead discovery with OEMs, aggregators, suppliers, and customers to identify and validate connectivity opportunities.
• Assess connectivity standards, regulations, and localisation requirements to support international market expansion.
• Partner with Engineering to develop a scalable API and integration strategy for onboarding devices and partners.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding and connectivity experience, improving reliability and the customer journey.

Requirements

• Significant Product Management experience with API, integration, platform, or connectivity-focused products in energy or comparable industries.
• Experience with connected hardware, IoT ecosystems, or device integrations.
• Experience shaping product strategy across multiple markets while balancing customer, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
• Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams on prioritisation, experimentation, and product delivery.
