Executive Business Partner, Creator Ecosystem

Location: Hybrid position based at the San Mateo, California office; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $82.36–$98.08 USD per hour

What you will do

• Provide executive support to the Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer and Senior Director of Creator Product.
• Manage complex calendars, priorities, conflicts, travel, expenses, approvals, purchase orders, headcount, and vendor contracts.
• Act as an operational proxy for executives by anticipating needs, improving delegation, and optimizing time.
• Lead process improvements and manage complex cross-functional projects from planning through completion.
• Plan team events, off-sites, recognition programs, and maintain communication channels, meeting notes, plans, goals, and tasks.
• Handle confidential organizational changes and represent executives in communication with external partners and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of direct executive support experience, including support for C-suite and senior product leaders.
• Experience leading organization-wide process improvements and managing multi-stakeholder projects independently.
• Strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, organization, and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships at all levels, and contribute to hiring, onboarding, retention, and mentoring.
• Must work a full-time hybrid schedule from the San Mateo office.
