Influencer Relations Executive

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with staff required to work onsite 50% of the time

What you will do

• Conduct desk and online research to identify organisations, executives, subject matter experts, PR contacts, and other suitable prospects.
• Build targeted interviewee lists, expert pipelines, and accurate prospect and subscriber records.
• Conduct approved outreach and follow-up communications, support interview scheduling, and coordinate referrals and introductions.
• Prepare concise editor interview briefs, communication drafts, research updates, and qualitative research sales and marketing materials.
• Track network sign-ups, responses, conversion rates, interview documentation, and project administration.
• Improve sourcing and network-management templates, checklists, processes, and data quality while handling personal information securely.

Requirements

• Strong desk and online research skills, including experience with qualitative interview or participant sourcing.
• Ability to identify and verify companies, executives, subject matter experts, professional backgrounds, job titles, and contact information.
• Clear, persuasive written communication and the ability to summarise research in concise briefing notes.
• Strong spreadsheet, database, tracker-management, social media, and professional networking platform skills.
• Understanding of B2B industries, business functions, and senior job titles, with strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Understanding of GDPR and internal compliance processes, with the ability to handle personal information securely.

Nice to have

• Experience using simple design tools to create template-based social assets.
• Experience building or maintaining executive or subject matter expert pipelines.
• Experience supporting network recruitment, relationship-building, or engagement activity.
