Patient Access Liaison (Philadelphia, PA)

Location: Field based in Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; or Wilmington, DE. Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory border and travel 50% or more by air and car.

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD per annum, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support healthcare sites with REMS certification, enrollment, and operational readiness for therapy delivery.
• Educate site and office personnel on coverage, coding, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement, and affordability programs.
• Guide compliant case management for consented patients and help resolve access barriers through buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, HUB, and approved support pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS requirements, specialty pharmacies, distribution partners, and external support networks.
• Maintain account plans, stakeholder relationships, CRM documentation, and records of access resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Site of Care Account Leads, and matrix partners while maintaining non-promotional role boundaries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare settings.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, and affordability programs.
• Experience supporting patient progression from referral through treatment initiation and resolving access barriers.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license required.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory border and be able to travel 50% or more.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already have employment rights in the country of application.
