Senior SAP BTP Developer

Location: Hybrid role based at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $100,000–$131,500 per year.

What you will do

• Design and develop SAP BTP solutions aligned with SAP architecture guidelines and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and connect technical solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and security improvements for SAP BTP applications.
• Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance, improve development processes, and support the transition to SAP BTP using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Track SAP technology trends and recommend improvements and innovations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP development experience, including 3+ years with SAP BTP, Fiori, or UI5.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Application Programming Model, RESTful ABAP Programming Model, and Business Application Studio.
• Experience with SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData services, CDS views, and embedded analytics on SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform services and integration with SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, Workflow, SAP Build, and ABAP Cloud for clean-core development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and independent working skills.
