Scrum Master (Aerospace Defense)

Location: On-site in Beavercreek, Ohio, United States; core hours are 0800–1600. Travel is less than 10%.

What you will do

• Lead Scrum teams in applying Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Support the product owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Coach teams toward self-organization, higher Scrum maturity, and effective Agile execution.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and identify gaps in the Scrum framework.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide technical updates to government and contractor teams.
• Build, maintain, and support Jira and Confluence boards.

Requirements

• Secret clearance with Top Secret and SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with Air Force acquisition programs or similar Department of Defense systems.
• Prior experience on a Scrum team, including Agile techniques, conflict resolution, mentoring, and team leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira or GitLab and 3+ years of experience with Confluence.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and adapt to changing environments.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience with Special Access and/or SCI programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience working independently and with technical and non-technical project teams.
