Scrum Master Senior (Payments)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Applicants must be US citizens or valid Green Card holders; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, standard ways of working, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve obstacles affecting delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to maintain alignment and communication.
• Track KPIs and use Agile metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements

• US citizenship or a valid Green Card is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or work experience in Agile principles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile development principles.
• Recent experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Rally, Miro, and Microsoft Teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• Strong mediation, negotiation, organization, communication, problem-solving, and people skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Scrum certification such as CSP-SM or PSM II.
• Experience with data-driven coaching and using metrics to drive improvements.
