Bids & Contracts Specialist (MedTech)

Location: North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia. The role supports healthcare customers across Australia and New Zealand. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

What you will do

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit compliant tender responses for public and private healthcare customers.
• Support public contract lifecycles, including awards, extensions, variations, pricing queries, and governance activities.
• Gather market intelligence and support opportunity assessments during pre-tender planning.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and build relationships with healthcare procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain tender and contract documentation and support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and at least 3 years of experience in tendering and contract management.
• Strong organisation, project management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work proactively and consultatively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities under pressure.
• Current rights to work in Australia are required.
