Senior Manager Accounts Payable & Travel

Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $109,778–$139,783 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the North American Accounts Payable function and manage a distributed team.
• Oversee invoice, payment, travel and expense transaction, and vendor management processes.
• Drive process improvement, automation, working capital optimization, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the Accounts Payable subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA integrations and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop cash flow metrics, strengthen internal controls and audit compliance, and lead corporate travel programs and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and business leaders across North America and globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in an ERP-driven environment, including at least 2 years of people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, general accounting principles, account reconciliations, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience in a multinational organization and cross-functional collaboration with finance, procurement, treasury, and business operations.
• Expertise with ERP systems and AP automation tools; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, project management, problem-solving, process optimization, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
