Office of the Customer - Strategic Initiatives Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite presence four days per week at a regional office in Buffalo, Boston, Baltimore, Washington, Wilmington, New York, Bridgeport, or Burlington

What you will do

• Research and synthesize competitive intelligence and market benchmarks to inform strategic priorities and investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain performance scorecards, key performance indicators, and reporting for enterprise platforms and customer strategy.
• Lead monthly business reviews, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and prepare executive-level materials on performance, initiatives, risks, and emerging issues.
• Establish and evolve the AI roadmap in alignment with business priorities and enterprise strategy.
• Prioritize AI use cases, define adoption and value-realization metrics, and communicate progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Track commitments and action items while supporting planning, risk management, audit, and regulatory control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination including at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, build business partnerships, communicate with management at multiple levels, and manage multiple assignments under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of one of the listed regional offices and work onsite four days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, engineering, or business administration, or an MBA or other advanced degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or consulting.
• Six Sigma, Lean, process improvement, or project management education.
• Experience with SQL, programming, statistical software, financial or regulatory analysis, and technical writing.
