Hybrid Infrastructure Program Manager (AI/ML)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $128,000–$166,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Translate infrastructure priorities into roadmaps for hybrid cloud, data center modernization, and AI platform enablement.
• Lead end-to-end delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish program governance covering planning, risk management, financial oversight, and executive reporting.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across a global portfolio.
• Enable scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud and AI/ML workloads and accelerate their operational adoption.
• Promote delivery standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, or platform programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering hybrid cloud transformations, data center modernization, or AI/ML platform enablement.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud ecosystems, including Azure, GCP, and colocation, applied to data and AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with regulated environments, data governance, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with program governance, budgets, financial management, and executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Cloud, PMP, Agile, or AI/ML certifications.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar program and service management tools.
