Quality Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Review customer specifications for QA/QC requirements, quality compliance, and local regulations.
• Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans, Audit Plans, and other quality management documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for quality topics and facilitate progress meetings with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers on Project Management Plans and verify progress against critical targets.
• Coordinate project audits and support the selection and development of subcontractors under the Supplier Quality Management Process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, business administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of project quality management experience in high-voltage or large-scale construction projects.
• ISO 9001 Auditor qualification.
• Advanced IT skills, especially Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
