What you will do

• Improve systems for defect and waste eradication.
• Use Statistical Process Control to improve process capability.
• Manage incoming control of raw materials and related claims.
• Ensure compliance with company specifications and standard test methods.
• Organize and monitor semi-finished and final product controls.
• Analyze customer claims, implement improvement actions, and contribute to Total Plant Maintenance projects and Integrated Management Systems.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical science discipline; a Master’s degree is not required.
• Fluent English and Serbian are required.
• Experience in Quality Management.
• Proactive, dynamic approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to learn, personal drive, and interest in professional development.
