Senior Process Engineer (Timber Prefabrication)

What you will do

• Design production flows for timber prefabrication and develop process layouts, workflows, and operating standards.
• Implement, commission, test, and validate manufacturing processes, equipment, and production methods.
• Optimise manufacturing steps to improve quality, speed, and material efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, robotics, manufacturing, and site teams to integrate processes into production environments.
• Identify process risks and drive continuous improvement across prefabrication operations.
• Create clear documentation for production methods and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong experience in process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with timber construction, prefabrication, modular construction, or related manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of production flow design, process implementation, testing, optimisation, EU industry standards, compliance, and workplace safety.
• Familiarity with quality management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD tools, process mapping, and layout planning.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.
