Senior Product Owner (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky; U.S. citizenship required. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Government security clearance approval through NBIS is required.

Salary: $94,900–$130,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team.
• Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
• Maximize the value delivered by the Agile team while managing scope, budget, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Serve as the primary contact for product information, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Liaise with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the right product is built in the right order.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, dependencies, and implementation across connected systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical experience, product ownership, or project management experience.
• SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification, or willingness to obtain it after starting.
• Experience with Agile environments, including Scrum, SAFe, Agile Release Trains, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
• Experience supporting digital tools, customer service platforms, operational workflows, or associate-facing technology solutions.
• U.S. citizenship and approval for a government security clearance through NBIS are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Program Integrity, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and audits.
• Experience with system integrations across connected systems.
• Master’s degree.
