What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end AI development lifecycle with the Product Owner, including requirements gathering, data sourcing, model development, proof-of-concept demonstrations, risk governance reviews, and production deployment.
• Deploy AI solutions across on-premises and AWS environments.
• Apply automation to streamline manual processes and build reusable, scalable self-service tools and assets.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging machine learning, cloud, and AI capabilities into workflows and products.
• Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and resource needs to leadership to support timely delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience using statistics and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
• Experience with statistical analysis, scripting languages, advanced statistical software, big data analysis, predictive models, web scraping, and scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or R, Spark, and modern data science tools.
• Working knowledge of large language models, LangChain, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning, advanced RAG methods, agentic AI workflows, and AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock, JumpStart, and Textract.

Nice to have

• PhD in statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-agent collaboration, tool-use agents, task orchestration, and retrieval evaluation frameworks.
