What you will do

• Prepare and validate financial management reports, including revenue and P&L reporting for senior management.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and system submissions.
• Collect data from hirify.global and external systems and investigate the root causes of business variances.
• Develop presentations, analytical reports, and consolidated submissions.
• Collaborate with Finance Analysts, Finance Managers, Senior Finance Managers, Finance Directors, and other DS CoE sub-teams.
• Work with financial systems, robotic process automation, dashboarding tools, and AI applications in team-based projects.

Requirements

• Must be completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK university through a Year in Industry, Industrial Placement, or Gap Year.
• AI literacy and an understanding of how AI can improve productivity and decision-making in business.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, maths, and English skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise confidently with hirify.global personnel at all levels.
• IT literacy, with Microsoft Excel knowledge essential.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, and innovative approach.
