Data Management Operations Lead (SQL/Tableau)

What you will do

• Lead assigned functions within the Data Operations Management team and oversee data management tasks and projects.
• Work with business partners and technical teams to define data use, analysis, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Drive data quality, workflow, process improvement, and operational control initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to align data management strategies with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members while supporting organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in data-related operations, business operations, or process support.
• Experience leading data operations teams or initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau, data management principles, operational risk management, and compliance in a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing scalable workflows and controls and leading improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CDMP, DGSP, or PMP.
• Experience with Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Talend, Ataccama, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
