Investment Professional, Data Analyst (Data Management)

Location: Columbus, Ohio — One hirify.global Plaza; must reside within 35 miles. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $100,000–$168,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and communicate data strategies, long-term goals, and performance indicators for investment business priorities.
• Advise on data acquisition, curation, consumption, reference data, and mastering rules.
• Map end-to-end data flows and affected business processes or technical interfaces.
• Partner with business teams, Technology, and vendors to identify, communicate, and resolve data issues.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, issue triage, remediation, and release approvals.
• Perform data profiling, lineage, quality and transformation rules, monitoring, visualization, and access governance.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience with data management organizations, standards, or practices.
• Undergraduate education in computer science, information systems, business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, or comparable experience.
• Expertise with SQL and data analysis; experience with data acquisition, wrangling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, cloud technologies, Azure, AWS, Redshift, S3, or EC2.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, access management, stakeholder facilitation, and investment asset classes.
• Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available; the role does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Graduate studies in business, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Insurance or financial services industry knowledge.
• Relevant professional certifications.
