Compliance Manager (AI)

Salary: $175K–$205K per year plus equity

hirify.global provides an AI routing and infrastructure layer for enterprises to access, manage, and optimize large language models across providers.

What you will do

• Own Drata administration, integrations, test monitoring, and manual evidence collection.
• Maintain the SafeBase knowledge base and support customer security questionnaire escalations.
• Drive policy acknowledgments, device compliance, recurring security training, and personnel compliance habits.
• Lead access reviews, penetration tests, BCDR and incident response tabletops, policy reviews, and risk assessments.
• Partner with Engineering on data handling, architecture, product compliance, and customer commitments.
• Translate emerging AI regulation into operational controls and maintain audit readiness across SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, and the EU AI Act.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on GRC or compliance experience building and operating programs.
• Ownership of at least one SOC 2 audit cycle from evidence collection through fieldwork.
• Admin-level experience with a compliance automation platform; Drata is strongly preferred.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss architecture and data flows with engineers.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and operate independently when requirements are unclear.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• PCI DSS experience in a startup environment.
• HIPAA Business Associate experience.
• EU AI Act or other emerging AI regulation experience.
• CISA, CISSP, or CIPP certification.
• Experience as a first compliance hire or with scripting for evidence collection.
