Talent Acquisition Specialist – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean (maternity cover) (k/m/nb)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, specialist, managerial, and director-level roles.
• Select and use appropriate recruitment strategies, tools, and sourcing platforms, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build talent pools for business-critical positions and ensure an efficient, effective candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean, with a primary focus on Poland and support for Ukraine.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, schools, and universities on recruitment, internship, and trainee programs.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects aimed at improving recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Experience independently managing recruitment processes across organizational levels and both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.
• Experience in the technical industry.
• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and customer-focused skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
