What you will do

• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to fintech hiring needs.
• Manage sourcing channels and build diverse, qualified candidate pools.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for relevant roles.
• Build client relationships and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Lead offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Successful placement experience in the fintech sector.
• Experience with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fully remote setting.
• Strong understanding of fintech trends and sector-specific talent needs.
• Native-level Russian and C1 English required.
• Strong communication, organization, ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
