Recruitment Team Lead (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote; candidates may be based in Warsaw, the Netherlands, Latvia, Tallinn, the EU, Kyiv, or Georgia

What you will do

• Lead recruitment delivery end-to-end after the commercial stage.
• Run intake discussions, clarify hiring needs, and align job briefs with clients.
• Build search strategies and assign recruiters and sourcers to roles.
• Oversee shortlist quality, sourcing progress, interview preparation, delivery speed, and consistency.
• Coach recruiters and sourcers while improving ownership and delivery standards.
• Communicate with clients, provide updates, and advise on market realities.

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience, ideally in fintech, technology, or other complex hiring environments.
• Experience managing multiple searches and owning delivery outcomes.
• Experience working directly with clients and leading search strategy discussions.
• Experience mentoring, managing, or developing recruiters.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and delivery performance.
• Fluent Russian and English required.
