Location: Sheffield/Leeds, United Kingdom, with hybrid working

What you will do

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, cost plans, tender documents, and contract documentation.
  • Support feasibility studies, benchmarking, cost analysis, and value engineering exercises.
  • Monitor and report project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with variations, change control, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and design teams under the guidance of senior colleagues.
  • Maintain project records, participate in meetings, and contribute to research and best-practice development.

Requirements

  • RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and confidence contributing ideas as part of a team.
  • No prior technical experience is required; full training and support are provided.
  • Ability to work in the Sheffield/Leeds area under a hybrid arrangement.
