Finance Graduate - 2027

Location: United Kingdom, with placements in Newcastle upon Tyne, Manchester, and Aberdeen. The program includes three 12-month rotational placements, and relocation between placements is required.

Salary: £30,000 starting salary per year.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial performance presentations.
• Support project accounting and commercial project management.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and forecast-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Perform cost controlling and maintain accounting ledgers.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requirements across Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams.
• Complete three challenging rotational placements across hirify.global and Siemens Gamesa business units.

Requirements

• Graduated or on track to graduate with a 2:1 or above in a relevant business-related degree.
• Strong communication skills for working with teams, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize work against tight deadlines.
• Flexible and willing to travel to build an internal network.
• Passion for renewable energy and the energy transition.
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months between UK placements is required.
